Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • three to five years of culinary management experience
  • experience in high volume production and catering
  • knowledge of cost control management
  • ability to travel up to 25 percent
  • flexibility to work weekdays and occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to maintain safe and sanitary work environment
  • strong leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • three to five years of culinary management experience
  • high volume production and catering experience
  • previous experience managing cost controls
  • desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company

Job Duties

  • Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
  • plans and creates all menus
  • purchases and manages inventory
  • rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
  • oversees kitchen operations while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment
  • prepares or directs the preparation of meals in accordance with corporate programs and guidelines
  • supports and manages Flik accounts primarily in the Tri-State region
