Job Requirements
- Associates degree or higher
- prior experience in food service preferred
- good verbal and written communication skills
- ability to read and understand English for business necessity
- understanding of food preparation, sanitation, organization, and safety
- prior experience in long-term care preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Leads, plans, executes meal service and delivery for residents, staff, and visitors
- prepares meals/snacks according to center menus and procedures
- supervises dietary aides, cooks, and meal service
- follows production sheets and pre-preparation sheets or guidelines when appropriate
- hires, trains, and schedules dietary team members
