Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality-driven, high volume kitchen
- Culinary diploma or equivalent in experience strongly preferred
- Team oriented and positive attitude
- Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in a second language a plus

- Ensure all menu items meet the highest culinary standards
- Source, order, and receive the highest quality ingredients
- Develop, teach, and maintain all recipes and techniques
- Organize a large kitchen team and hold each chef accountable for their responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain smooth and professional service
- Maintain all kitchen equipment and follow up for any repairs needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Oversee scheduling and inventory to work within a set budget
