Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • three to five years of culinary management experience
  • experience with high volume production and catering
  • knowledge of cost control management
  • ability to travel up to 25%
  • willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
  • ability to maintain safe and sanitary kitchen environment
  • effective leadership and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • three to five years of culinary management experience
  • high volume production and catering experience
  • previous experience managing cost controls
  • desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company

Job Duties

  • Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account
  • plan and create all menus
  • purchase and manage inventory
  • roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
  • oversee kitchen operations maintaining safe and sanitary work environment
  • support and manage Flik accounts primarily in the Tri-State region
  • travel up to 25% to support non-local locations
