Job Requirements
- Culinary degree preferred
- three to five years of culinary management experience
- experience with high volume production and catering
- knowledge of cost control management
- ability to travel up to 25%
- willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- ability to maintain safe and sanitary kitchen environment
- effective leadership and communication skills
Job Qualifications

- previous experience managing cost controls

Job Duties
- Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account
- plan and create all menus
- purchase and manage inventory
- roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
- oversee kitchen operations maintaining safe and sanitary work environment
- support and manage Flik accounts primarily in the Tri-State region
- travel up to 25% to support non-local locations
