Job Requirements
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work approximately 50 to 55 hours per week
- Commitment to servant leadership focused on supporting team members and guests

- Experience sourcing fresh local products and working in scratch kitchens
- Strong sense of accountability for finances, labor, quality control, and completing tasks
- Dedication to maintaining health and safety standards and operational excellence
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years experience managing line in high-volume upscale restaurants
- Proven background as an Executive Chef for at least 5 years
- Experience with steakhouse cuisine, a-la-carte, and elevated yet approachable dining
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop teams
- Passion for cooking and working with scratch kitchens emphasizing local and fresh ingredients
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of financial management, labor control, and quality assurance
Job Duties
- Create experiences championing internal hospitality and leading a team to craft memorable dishes
- Inspire your team nurturing a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
- Jump on the line serving as a hands-on leader working directly with the kitchen staff
- Oversee the business collaborating with the general manager and corporate leaders to maximize kitchen operations
- Ensure quality control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards
- Manage labor, budgets, forecasts to meet pre-determined financial goals
- Promote staff development and a positive work environment to achieve profit and loss objectives
