Job Requirements

  • Flexibility to work varying schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work approximately 50 to 55 hours per week
  • Commitment to servant leadership focused on supporting team members and guests

  • Experience sourcing fresh local products and working in scratch kitchens
  • Strong sense of accountability for finances, labor, quality control, and completing tasks
  • Dedication to maintaining health and safety standards and operational excellence

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years experience managing line in high-volume upscale restaurants
  • Proven background as an Executive Chef for at least 5 years
  • Experience with steakhouse cuisine, a-la-carte, and elevated yet approachable dining
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop teams
  • Passion for cooking and working with scratch kitchens emphasizing local and fresh ingredients
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid understanding of financial management, labor control, and quality assurance

Job Duties

  • Create experiences championing internal hospitality and leading a team to craft memorable dishes
  • Inspire your team nurturing a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
  • Jump on the line serving as a hands-on leader working directly with the kitchen staff
  • Oversee the business collaborating with the general manager and corporate leaders to maximize kitchen operations
  • Ensure quality control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards
  • Manage labor, budgets, forecasts to meet pre-determined financial goals
  • Promote staff development and a positive work environment to achieve profit and loss objectives
