Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of culinary or kitchen management experience
  • Extensive catering experience preferred
  • Experience in high volume foodservice operations
  • Hands-on chef experience required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, email, and internet
  • Willingness to participate in client satisfaction programs
  • ServSafe certification highly desirable

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years progressive culinary or kitchen management experience
  • Extensive catering experience
  • High volume foodservice operation experience
  • Hands-on chef experience
  • Knowledge of food trends, production, sanitation, and cost control
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and internet
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Strong customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Lead daily culinary production in meal preparation and presentation
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • Develop menus based on product availability and customer preferences
  • Manage food purchasing, inventory, and cost controls
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff
  • Monitor food quality and consistency
  • Handle customer satisfaction and respond to complaints
