Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to secure ServSafe Manager Certification within two weeks of employment
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer skills
- Previous leadership experience in culinary preparation and cooking preferred
- Data entry experience preferred

Job Duties
- Create a rotating menu based on resident choices and feedback
- Make meal times a special experience for residents and guests
- Utilize different cooking styles ensuring appealing food presentation
- Receive and incorporate instant daily feedback from residents
- Support recruitment, selection, scheduling, and training of culinary and dining team members
- Uphold the company core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
