Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Ability to secure ServSafe Manager Certification within two weeks of employment
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous leadership experience in culinary preparation and cooking preferred
  • Data entry experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Create a rotating menu based on resident choices and feedback
  • Make meal times a special experience for residents and guests
  • Utilize different cooking styles ensuring appealing food presentation
  • Receive and incorporate instant daily feedback from residents
  • Support recruitment, selection, scheduling, and training of culinary and dining team members
  • Uphold the company core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
