Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in fine dining, catering, or high-volume operations
- Proven success managing full-scratch kitchens
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Strong financial acumen

- Ability to manage multiple service styles simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Lead all culinary operations for the Houston Space Center cafe and catering divisions, ensuring excellence in quality, presentation, and hospitality
- Develop seasonal, full-scratch menus that reflect Wolfgang Puck's signature style while incorporating fresh, local ingredients and sustainable practices
- Oversee production for daily cafe service, private events, and large-scale corporate or VIP functions, ensuring seamless coordination and flawless execution
- Drive financial results through effective food cost management, labor planning, and accurate inventory control
- Collaborate with sales and event teams to create bespoke culinary experiences tailored to the occasion
- Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of culinary professionals, cultivating a culture of creativity, craftsmanship, and accountability
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and workplace organization
- Partner with the Wolfgang Puck Culinary and Marketing teams to roll out new initiatives and signature programs
