Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- previous leadership experience in culinary preparation and cooking preferred
- basic computer skills
- ability to secure ServSafe Manager Certification within two weeks of employment
- must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Plan and execute rotating menus based on resident choices and feedback
- create memorable meal experiences for residents and guests
- utilize various cooking styles ensuring appealing food presentation
- receive and respond to daily resident feedback
- support recruitment, selection, scheduling, and training of culinary and dining team members
- collaborate closely with Community Managers to deliver a resort-like experience
- uphold company core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
