Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary training preferred
- six years or more of progressive hotel culinary experience
- previous hotel pre-opening experience preferred
- at least four years experience in senior culinary role
- proven leadership abilities
- excellent English communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- lead kitchen management team
- provide direction for all day to day operations
- create and cost new menu items
- ensure sanitation and food safety standards are met
- provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints
- manage staffing levels and performance standards
- participate in budgeting and controlling food costs
