  • Culinary degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of chef experience

Job Duties

  • Supervise preparation of catered and concession food items
  • evaluate food products to assure that quality standards are consistently achieved
  • improve menu selection
  • forecast budgets and action plans pertaining to food and beverage operation
  • ensure high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas
  • maintain kitchen equipment by following operating guidelines and performing preventative maintenance
  • visit dining areas sporadically to welcome members
  • institute and implement all Troon Human Resources guidelines
  • ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations
  • perform clean-up and closing procedures
  • perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
