Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years leading culinary operations as an Executive Chef
- Experience in high-volume kitchen leadership
- Ability to develop menus appealing to diverse audiences
- Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards
- Effective communication and team management skills
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

- Progressive culinary experience in fast-paced, multi-faceted operations
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience as an Executive Chef
- Proven ability to lead high-volume kitchen operations
- Strong skills in menu development and innovation
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities
- Ability to assess and incorporate food trends
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of the culinary department including menu concepting and design
- Ensure quality preparation and proper handling/storage of all food items
- Interview, hire, train, and evaluate culinary associates
- Foster an environment of open communication and continuous improvement
- Establish daily priorities and assign production and preparation tasks
- Ensure kitchen areas are stocked with necessary tools, supplies, and equipment
- Review banquet event orders and requisition supplies
- Monitor the performance of associates to maintain high standards
- Conduct frequent walk-throughs and coach associates to correct deficiencies
- Assist with innovative menu development for functions and meet with clients
- Oversee ongoing training programs and reevaluate staff positions as needed
