Job Requirements

Minimum education of associate's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years management experience
Minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc

Exceptional customer service skills
Strong catering experience
Ability to delegate and lead a team
Demonstrated experience, 2 years or more in food or culinary services including vending, catering services or institutional services

Job Duties

Implements and coordinates the culinary function
Ensure food preparation and production meets operational standards
Manages catering and retail areas
Customer and client satisfaction
Financial management to include food cost and labor management
Manages food and physical safety programs
