Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of three years experience as a chef in a large-scale cooking operation preferred
- prior dietary experience in a ltc/snf/al/mc setting required
- minimum of three years experience in a kitchen managerial position highly preferred
- professional image in both appearance and behavior
- excellent written and oral communication skills

- ensure all food items are prepared to culinary standards
- provide residents with an exceptional dining experience
- maintain portion control and minimize waste
- improve resident, employee, and client satisfaction
- ensure delivery of company objectives such as budget, food and labor costs
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- lead the culinary team in day-to-day operation
