Job Requirements
- Five plus years of high volume culinary and hospitality experience
- Three plus years of high volume kitchen leadership experience
- Current food handler’s card and other certification as required by federal, state, or local law
- Strong knowledge of food and restaurant service skills including all phases of food production, storage, rotation, recipe adherence, plate presentation, and service and production time standards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of increasing experience and responsibility
- Comfortable using a computer and navigating Windows, Microsoft Office, Point of Sale System, and Outlook Email
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or similar preferred
- Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business

Job Duties
- Create a relaxed destination by promoting a learning and training environment for kitchen staff focusing on cooking techniques, knife skills, and time management
- Set the course by managing kitchen operations to ensure exceptional culinary experiences
- Build the perfect oasis by managing restaurant expenses and ensuring budgetary compliance
- Communicate and justify monthly financial information including food cost, labor expense, and supply purchases
- Support your crew by maintaining appropriate staff levels based on sales and business needs
- Proactively seek marketing opportunities and partner with retail during marketing and sales events
