Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation

  • knowledge of cost control methodologies
  • culinary degree preferred
  • experience in high volume production
  • sanitation and safety compliance knowledge
  • strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
  • plans and creates all menus
  • purchases and manages inventory
  • rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
  • oversees all culinary functions for the dining account
  • ensures safety and sanitation compliance
  • leads and manages team of culinary associates
