Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years management experience
  • Ability to pass drug test and criminal background check
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts
  • Ability to solve practical problems
  • Ability to interpret written, oral, or diagram instructions
  • Must be dressed neatly in company uniform
  • Must be able to respond to guest requests
  • Must be able to hear well in noisy settings
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Must maintain current Food Handler Card

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Strategic planning and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with Culinary Director to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Menu development and execution
  • Maintain high food quality standards
  • Interview, hire, and train kitchen personnel
  • Oversee scheduling and assign duties
  • Facilitate routine training in food safety and first aid
  • Review work procedures to improve efficiency, performance, and safety
  • Ensure compliance with health, fire, and sanitation regulations
  • Record and maintain sanitation and licensing documentation
  • Manage food and equipment inventory
  • Estimate food consumption and control portion sizes
  • Handle ordering and purchasing of supplies
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair
  • Ensure cleaning and sanitation compliance
  • Perform daily taste tests
  • Maintain presentation and quality standards
  • Foster positive work environment and professional interactions
  • Maximize employee morale, productivity, and efficiency
  • Attend and conduct employee meetings
  • Record labor hours for payroll
  • Ensure new hire orientation and ongoing training
  • Create schedules adhering to scheduling laws
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Attend weekly BEO and Resume meetings
