Job Requirements

  • Ability to learn, grow and evolve
  • Experience leading a full scratch kitchen as an executive chef, kitchen manager, or executive sous chef
  • Experience crafting seasonally curated and guest-focused menus
  • Ability to manage fixed food, labor, and product costs
  • Ability to lead a kitchen to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to develop relationships with staff, guests, and residents
  • Passionate about service and exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Willingness to comply with COVID-19 related safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and wearing PPE

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an executive chef, kitchen manager, or executive sous chef in a full scratch kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of seasonal menu planning and local ingredient sourcing
  • Ability to manage food, labor, and product costs efficiently
  • Skilled in using modern kitchen technology and equipment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a deep passion for culinary creativity and hospitality
  • Experience in developing flexible and contemporary kitchen work environments

Job Duties

  • Lead the design and development of seasonal and guest-focused menus
  • Manage full scratch kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food production
  • Control food, labor, and product costs effectively
  • Utilize next-generation kitchen technology to enhance culinary operations
  • Train, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff to maximize performance
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, residents, and guests
