- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Manages cost controls and expenditures for the dining account
- plans and creates all menus
- purchases and manages inventory
- rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
- ensures adherence to safety and sanitation standards
- leads and motivates a team of culinary associates
- oversees high-volume food production and catering operations
