Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three to five years of culinary management experience
- experience in business and industry or fine dining as an Executive Chef
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to manage inventory and cost controls
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree preferred
- three to five years of culinary management experience
- experience in high volume production and catering
- previous experience managing cost controls
- ability to work collaboratively with marketing and culinary teams
- strong leadership and team management skills
- desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
Job Duties
- Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account
- plan and create all menus
- purchase and manage inventory
- roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
- oversee all safety and sanitation measures
- lead and manage team of culinary associates
- maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
