Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- previous leadership experience in culinary preparation and cooking preferred
- basic computer skills required
- ability to secure ServSafe Manager Certification within two weeks of first day of employment
- must be 18 years of age or older

- data entry experience preferred

Job Duties
- Create a rotating menu based on resident choices and feedback
- make meal times a special experience for residents and guests
- develop menus using different cooking styles and ensure appealing food presentation
- receive daily feedback from residents and build lasting impressions
- recruit, select, schedule and train culinary and dining team members
- embody core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty and service excellence
