Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in culinary management or related field
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control
- Ability to develop and implement menus

Job Duties
- Lead culinary team to execute at a high level
- Develop and implement creative menus for outlets and catering
- Oversee kitchen operations including procurement, production, preparation, and presentation
- Develop recipes, cost controls, plating specifications, and production schedules
- Ensure safe and sanitary kitchen environment compliant with standards and regulations
- Manage staffing levels, prepare schedules, recruit, and provide hands-on support
- Participate in operational meetings and promote teamwork within the kitchen
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements
- Respond to food-related feedback and engage in community and media promotional opportunities
