Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • ability to secure ServSafe Manager Certification within two weeks of employment
  • minimum 18 years of age
  • basic computer skills
  • previous culinary leadership experience preferred
  • passion for hospitality and servant heart

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience in culinary preparation and cooking preferred
  • high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • culinary degree or higher education preferred
  • basic computer skills required
  • data entry experience preferred
  • ability to secure ServSafe Manager Certification within two weeks of employment
  • must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute a rotating menu based on resident choices and feedback
  • create special and memorable meal experiences for residents and guests
  • utilize various cooking styles and ensure appealing presentation of all food
  • receive and respond to daily resident feedback
  • support recruitment, selection, scheduling and training of culinary and dining team members
  • foster a positive dining atmosphere in alignment with the company's core values
  • collaborate closely with Community Managers to enhance resident dining experience
