Job Requirements

  • proven experience as an executive chef preferably in a high-volume catering environment
  • strong knowledge of menu development food costing and large-scale food preparation
  • demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to adapt to a fast-paced high-pressure environment
  • proficiency in kitchen management software and microsoft office

Job Duties

  • design and execute creative, high-quality menus tailored to various events
  • ensure all dishes meet our standards for quality, presentation, and taste
  • develop schedules for the culinary team ensuring adequate coverage
  • manage food ordering and inventory maintaining cost efficiency and minimizing waste
  • oversee kitchen organization ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff to uphold company standards
  • work closely with event manager and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless execution of events
