Job Requirements
- Ability to learn, grow and evolve
- Experience leading a full scratch kitchen as an executive chef, kitchen manager, or executive sous chef
- Experience crafting seasonally curated and guest-focused menus
- Ability to manage fixed food, labor, and product costs
- Ability to lead a kitchen to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to develop relationships with staff, guests, and residents
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Compliance with COVID-19 health and safety protocols as per regulatory guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience leading a full scratch kitchen as an executive chef, kitchen manager, or executive sous chef
- Expertise in creating seasonally curated, guest-focused menus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage kitchen teams
- Knowledge of cost control techniques for food, labor, and inventory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences
- Ability to leverage technology to enhance kitchen performance
Job Duties
- Develop and execute seasonal, scratch-based menus that reflect culinary innovation and guest preferences
- Manage kitchen operations including food preparation, staff scheduling, and inventory control
- Oversee food safety and sanitation practices to comply with health regulations
- Control and manage food, labor, and product costs to meet budgetary goals
- Lead and motivate kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes efficiently and consistently
- Foster positive relationships with residents, guests, and team members to enhance the dining experience
- Utilize next-generation kitchen technology to improve operations and culinary outcomes
