Job Qualifications
- Degree in culinary arts (preferred)
- extensive experience managing food production teams
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proven ability to develop and innovate menus
- knowledge of budget management
- expertise in food safety compliance
- excellent organizational skills
- experience with recruitment and retention efforts
Job Duties
- Oversee multiple venues and food production staff
- create new recipes and ensure food quality
- build menus and manage ordering of food and non-food items
- manage schedules to meet budgeted guidelines
- enforce policies and food safety regulations
- coordinate recruitment and retention of food production staff
- conduct regular production meetings to drive employee engagement
