Job Qualifications

  • Degree in culinary arts (preferred)
  • extensive experience managing food production teams
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proven ability to develop and innovate menus
  • knowledge of budget management
  • expertise in food safety compliance
  • excellent organizational skills
  • experience with recruitment and retention efforts

Job Duties

  • Oversee multiple venues and food production staff
  • create new recipes and ensure food quality
  • build menus and manage ordering of food and non-food items
  • manage schedules to meet budgeted guidelines
  • enforce policies and food safety regulations
  • coordinate recruitment and retention of food production staff
  • conduct regular production meetings to drive employee engagement
