Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience preferred
- minimum of 3 years experience as a sous chef
- proven ability to manage kitchen operations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- commitment to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- physically able to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Prior sous chef experience
- full-service hotel restaurant experience preferred
- demonstrated good organization and time management skills
- ability to adhere to professional chef standards
- maturity and social skills suited for fine dining hospitality
