Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to secure ServSafe Manager Certification within two weeks of first day of employment
- must be 18 years of age or older
- previous experience in culinary leadership preferred
- basic computer skills needed
- good communication skills
- ability to manage and lead a team
- willingness to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- create a rotating menu based on resident choices and feedback
- make meal times a special experience for residents and guests
- utilize different styles of cooking and ensure appealing presentation of all food
- receive and respond to instant feedback from residents daily
- support recruitment, selection, scheduling and training of culinary and dining team members
- uphold core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty and service excellence
