Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provides strategic leadership for all culinary operations including menu development, production logistics, inventory, and procurement
  • Oversees cost controls, labor management, and financial performance for a multi-million-dollar account
  • Develops innovative, trend-forward menus that balance creativity, efficiency, and client expectations
  • Leads large, diverse culinary teams, recruiting, mentoring, and fostering professional growth
  • Partners with senior leadership on business strategy, client engagement, and new program rollouts
  • Ensures the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment
