Job Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of executive chef or senior sous chef experience in a high-end private club, luxury hotel, or upscale restaurant
- 5+ years in a managerial role
- Culinary degree from an accredited institution preferred
- SERV Safe certification or equivalent food safety credentials
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Design and execute seasonal member-focused menus across all dining venues and events
- Create signature dishes that reflect current culinary trends and the Club’s traditions
- Hire, lead, and manage a team of high-quality kitchen staff to exceed member expectations
- Ensure seamless communication between the kitchen, banquet, and service teams
- Maintain food and labor costs within approved budgets
- Source the highest quality ingredients while building strong vendor relationships
- Implement cost control measures and inventory management systems
- Establish and maintain training procedures to ensure quality and consistency
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for food preparation, storage, and presentation
- Maintain a visible presence during peak dining times and special events
- Solicit feedback from members to guide menu development and dining enhancements
