Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • minimum of 6 years leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen
  • 3 years multi-outlet management experience
  • ability to maintain high standards of guest service
  • proficient communication skills

  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent high-quality service to all team members and guests
  • set and maintain guest service standards to achieve a favorable gaming experience
  • plan, communicate, and implement procedures for efficient operation of responsibilities
  • supervise inventories and estimate food and beverage costs
  • communicate with purchasing department regarding supply inventory
  • control food costs and establish purchasing, storeroom requisitions, portion control and waste control procedures
  • guide other departments in planning and implementing special projects or events
  • develop and manage departmental budget including capital expenditures
  • monitor staffing levels to ensure budget compliance
  • manage escalated guest service issues discreetly
  • have knowledge of guest alcohol limitations and company policies
  • communicate important operational information to senior staff and other teams
  • meet attendance guidelines and adhere to company policies
  • ensure guest satisfaction
  • follow lawful directions from General Manager
  • uphold company confidentiality policies
  • interact well with others and positively influence team morale
  • work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
