- Previous Executive or Head Chef experience in premium high-volume restaurant
- Strong knowledge of classic cooking techniques and seasonality
- Keen eye for detail with consistent food quality delivery
- Experience recruiting and developing high-performing kitchen teams

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and relationships effectively
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume premium restaurant
- Solid understanding of classic cooking methods and seasonality
- Ability to innovate and create new dishes
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and relationship management abilities
Job Duties
- Lead the kitchen team to maintain high food quality and standards
- Recruit, develop, motivate, and retain kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and food safety regulations
- Manage supply chain and stock control efficiently
- Control food margins within set targets
- Coordinate resources and manage commercial operations to achieve P&L targets
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
