  • Proven track record as an Executive or Head Chef within a premium high-volume quality restaurant
  • Extensive knowledge of classic cooking methods and seasonal ingredients
  • Strong leadership skills with experience motivating and developing kitchen teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage relationships at all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated capability to uphold top-tier food quality and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Leading the kitchen team effectively and managing food quality and standards
  • Inspiring, motivating, and retaining the kitchen team to achieve loyalty and high performance
  • Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and food safety statutory regulations and Gordon Ramsay standards
  • Managing supply chain and stock control in alignment with the restaurant's concept and brand standards
  • Overseeing food margin management within designated targets
  • Coordinating and managing all kitchen resources and commercial activities to meet profit and loss goals
