Job Requirements
- Minimum of ten years experience as an executive chef or sous chef in a hotel, private club, fine dining restaurant or similar
- Excellent management, interpersonal, team building, and communication skills
- Post secondary courses in restaurant management, nutrition, or related field preferred
- Degree or Certificate from a culinary institute preferred
- Must be ServeSafe Certified
- Must have or be willing to obtain Certified Dietary Manager certification within 12 months
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screen

- Oversee training and development of culinary personnel
- Maintain a positive work environment
