Job Requirements

  • Minimum of ten years experience as an executive chef or sous chef in a hotel, private club, fine dining restaurant or similar
  • Excellent management, interpersonal, team building, and communication skills
  • Post secondary courses in restaurant management, nutrition, or related field preferred
  • Degree or Certificate from a culinary institute preferred
  • Must be ServeSafe Certified
  • Must have or be willing to obtain Certified Dietary Manager certification within 12 months
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
