Job Requirements
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in culinary arts preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a food service environment
- One year of hospitality or senior living/housing industry preferred
- Ability to plan and coordinate meal preparation
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and compliance
- Strong leadership and instructional skills
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and quality standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Plan, staff, organize and coordinate the preparation of all meals in all levels of care
- Monitor the quality and consistency of the food
- Ensure compliance with resident dietary restrictions
- Give instructions to cooking staff in fine points of cooking
- Involved in food inventory
- Conduct regular Quality Assurance Audits
