Job Requirements

  • Hold a 2 or 4-year formal culinary degree from an accredited culinary school
  • Minimum 10 years culinary experience
  • Minimum 6 years in managerial role at high-quality catering operation
  • Demonstrate creative and innovative culinary skills
  • Teach and emphasize consistency in preparation and presentation
  • Possess detailed knowledge of safe food handling and preparation techniques
  • Instill safety and sanitation habits
  • Strong inventory and cost control skills
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and E-mail
