Job Duties

  • Lead, train, and inspire a professional kitchen team to achieve excellence in service, consistency, and morale
  • Create seasonal and innovative menus across multiple outlets that reflect member preferences, current culinary trends, and locally sourced ingredients
  • Plan and execute a wide range of banquet functions, from elegant member events to large private functions, ensuring culinary excellence and efficiency
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including scheduling, inventory, cost control, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards
  • Champion a culture of respect, accountability, and collaboration in alignment with the Club's core values
  • Maintain a high level of organization in prep, execution, and administrative responsibilities to support the daily and long-term needs of the operation
