Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years management experience
  • minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, or institutional services
  • excellent leadership abilities
  • strong knowledge of kitchen safety protocols
  • ability to manage food costs and supplies efficiently
  • passion for food innovation and guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 2 years management experience in culinary services
  • at least 1 year of functional experience working in food or culinary services such as restaurants, catering, or institutional services
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
  • creativity in menu planning and recipe development
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Curate the market experience by sourcing fresh, seasonal ingredients and developing an engaging menu
  • master kitchen economics by managing food supply and optimizing resources for profitability
  • coach and inspire the kitchen team to deliver culinary excellence and innovation
