Job Requirements

  • Ability to lead production while working 80 percent hands-on ensuring high-quality execution across café and catering operations
  • Experience coordinating culinary standards production schedules and staffing across multiple café locations with varying guest counts and service models
  • Skilled at leading motivating and developing a team of 10 hourly culinarians including enforcing recipe compliance and consistent training standards
  • Strong ability to plan and produce daytime corporate catering including coffee drop-offs continental breakfasts and meeting lunches with reliable timing and presentation
  • Deep understanding of HACCP/ServSafe principles to maintain safe compliant operations across all cafés and catering areas
  • Minimum education requirement - associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum management experience - 2 years
  • Minimum functional experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services mall food courts etc

Job Duties

  • Ensure recipe compliance training and consistent execution
  • Maintain high standards in food quality safety and sanitation
  • Support menu development and enhance the overall guest experience
