Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of culinary experience with at least 4 years in a management role
- Proven ability to manage budgets, inventory, and P&L statements
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to upholding company values and promoting a positive work environment
Job Qualifications
- 8+ years of culinary experience including 4+ years in culinary management
- Skilled in menu development, inventory management, and culinary cost controls
- Experienced in delivering personalized culinary experiences accommodating diverse dietary needs
- Strong leadership background in hiring, training, and mentoring culinary teams
- Expertise in food safety, sanitation protocols, and sustainability practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Lead the culinary management of food service operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
- Develop and innovate menus to meet guest and client expectations
- Oversee catering programs to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Manage culinary cost controls and maintain P&L accountability
- Staff, train, and develop culinary hourly teams and culinarians
- Supervise kitchen operations to ensure adherence to Parkhurst standards for food preparation, service, and presentation
- Communicate menu changes and enforce proper portion control and food safety standards
