Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of culinary experience with at least 4 years in a management role
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, inventory, and P&L statements
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to upholding company values and promoting a positive work environment

Job Qualifications

  • 8+ years of culinary experience including 4+ years in culinary management
  • Skilled in menu development, inventory management, and culinary cost controls
  • Experienced in delivering personalized culinary experiences accommodating diverse dietary needs
  • Strong leadership background in hiring, training, and mentoring culinary teams
  • Expertise in food safety, sanitation protocols, and sustainability practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Lead the culinary management of food service operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
  • Develop and innovate menus to meet guest and client expectations
  • Oversee catering programs to ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Manage culinary cost controls and maintain P&L accountability
  • Staff, train, and develop culinary hourly teams and culinarians
  • Supervise kitchen operations to ensure adherence to Parkhurst standards for food preparation, service, and presentation
  • Communicate menu changes and enforce proper portion control and food safety standards
