Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience
  • At least 1 year work experience in food or culinary services
  • Working knowledge of HACCP protocols
  • Ability to train and develop employees
  • Hands-on skills with inventory management and ordering
  • Experience in food production, catering, and retail management

Job Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • Working knowledge of HACCP protocols for regulatory compliance
  • Proven ability to train and develop employees

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and implement the culinary function on a daily basis
  • Be responsible for all food production, catering, and retail management experience
  • Train and direct the cooks and dietary team daily
  • Manage inventory, including on-line ordering
  • Oversee financial management including food cost and labor management
  • Manage food and physical safety programs
  • Lead staff training and development initiatives
