Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years management experience
- At least 1 year work experience in food or culinary services
- Working knowledge of HACCP protocols
- Ability to train and develop employees
- Hands-on skills with inventory management and ordering
- Experience in food production, catering, and retail management

- Minimum of 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
- Working knowledge of HACCP protocols for regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to train and develop employees
Job Duties
- Coordinate and implement the culinary function on a daily basis
- Be responsible for all food production, catering, and retail management experience
- Train and direct the cooks and dietary team daily
- Manage inventory, including on-line ordering
- Oversee financial management including food cost and labor management
- Manage food and physical safety programs
- Lead staff training and development initiatives
