- minimum 2 years management experience
- minimum 1 year experience in food or culinary services
- knowledge of HACCP protocols
- experience in food production, catering, and retail management
- hands-on skills with inventory management and ordering
- ability to train and develop employees

Job Duties
- Coordinate and implement the culinary function on a daily basis
- be responsible for all food production, catering, and retail management
- train and direct the cooks and dietary team daily
- manage inventory and online ordering
- oversee financial management including food cost and labor management
- administer food and physical safety programs
