Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years management experience
  • minimum 1 year experience in food or culinary services
  • knowledge of HACCP protocols
  • experience in food production, catering, and retail management
  • hands-on skills with inventory management and ordering
  • ability to train and develop employees

  • minimum 1 year of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • working knowledge of HACCP protocols

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and implement the culinary function on a daily basis
  • be responsible for all food production, catering, and retail management
  • train and direct the cooks and dietary team daily
  • manage inventory and online ordering
  • oversee financial management including food cost and labor management
  • administer food and physical safety programs
