Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years of management experience
  • minimum 1 year of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc
  • ability to speak Spanish beneficial
  • strong food finance experience
  • excellent communication and team training abilities
  • commitment to safety and sanitation
  • ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead all culinary operations across multiple service platforms
  • create seasonal, cost-effective menus aligned with client preferences
  • manage food production, quality control, and kitchen team development
  • ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • oversee catering execution and support special events
  • monitor budgets, food costs, and vendor relationships
  • champion Sodexo's Mindful wellness and sustainability initiatives
