Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • Ability to speak Spanish beneficial
  • Commitment to safety and sanitation standards
  • Availability to work full-time
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in culinary leadership preferably in corporate or restaurant environments
  • Strong food finance and budget management skills
  • Excellent communication and team training abilities

  • ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead all culinary operations across multiple service platforms
  • Create seasonal, cost-effective menus aligned with client preferences
  • Manage food production, quality control, and kitchen team development
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Oversee catering execution and support special events
  • Monitor budgets, food costs, and vendor relationships
  • Champion Sodexo Mindful wellness and sustainability initiatives
