Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum two years of management experience
- minimum one year of work experience in food or culinary services
- proven leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- hands-on culinary expertise
- ability to plan and innovate menus
- knowledge of cost control and inventory management
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum of two years of management experience
- at least one year of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
- knowledge of culinary trends and techniques
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- experience in corporate or contract dining is a plus
Job Duties
- Plan menus for breakfast and lunch
- design seasonal and on-trend menus for catered events
- manage and mentor a team of six hourly culinary associates
- engage in hands-on cooking approximately 80 percent of the time
- oversee ordering, inventory, and food and labor cost controls
- ensure top-tier presentation, taste, and consistency
- deliver exceptional dining experiences for tenants and guests
