- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous chauffeur or customer service experience preferred but not required
- CDL preferred
- Some mechanical knowledge preferred for basic vehicle maintenance to inform the fleet team
Job Duties
- Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation for clients in luxury vehicles
- Deliver exceptional customer service with discretion, courtesy, and attention to detail
- Maintain a polished appearance and represent LEADER’s brand with professionalism
- Navigate Kansas City and the surrounding areas efficiently (GPS proficiency required)
- Handle luggage assistance and other concierge-level requests as needed
- Ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle before and after each trip
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while prioritizing passenger safety at all times
- Maintain detailed notes and trip details
- Preferred evenings and weekends
