Job Qualifications

  • Previous chauffeur or customer service experience preferred
  • CDL preferred
  • mechanical knowledge preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation for clients in luxury vehicles
  • deliver exceptional customer service with discretion, courtesy, and attention to detail
  • maintain a polished appearance and represent LEADER’s brand with professionalism
  • navigate Kansas City and the surrounding areas efficiently
  • handle luggage assistance and other concierge-level requests as needed
  • ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle before and after each trip
  • adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while prioritizing passenger safety
  • maintain detailed notes and trip details
  • work preferred evenings and weekends
