Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • high school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 5 years Executive Host experience in a large-scale gaming operation with both Slot and Table games offerings
  • comprehensive understanding of player tracking systems and complimentary guidelines consistent with normal industry standards
  • must have an established player following
  • proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills
  • California Gaming License and Wilton Rancheria Gaming Commission license
  • must be fluent in both English and Vietnamese

Job Duties

  • Maintains relationships and markets our gaming product and amenities to valued guests
  • greets casino guests and participates in social events and special promotions
  • tracks guest's visits, arranges accommodations, and provides complimentaries according to established guidelines
  • issues Player's Services cards and promotes the program and related promotions
  • increases the growth of gaming revenues through development of a targeted guest base
  • updates guest history for future visits
  • ensures the protection of guest's rewards and credit lines
  • effectively handles guest complaints and discrepancies in an efficient and courteous manner
  • provides special services to include food, beverage, transportation, cross-property events, and Player's Club programs
  • ensures the highest level of Customer Service is given to guests at all times
  • sells and promotes property using pertinent and appropriate offers, property amenities, special events and promotions that drive property visits
  • increases player core revenue by personal networking and telemarketing
  • regularly reviews activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revises objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions
  • maintains a high profile at VIP events, constant presence to all players at appropriate times
  • may represent the Company, including spokesperson at events or promotions, entertainment and Company sponsored events both on and off property
  • attends all necessary meeting
  • maintains up-to-date knowledge of all electronic gaming machines, player tracking systems, promotions, events, entertainment, and general property information
  • keeps informed of competitive promotions
  • performs other tasks as assigned
