Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent experience
- 5 years Executive Host experience in a large-scale gaming operation with both Slot and Table games offerings
- comprehensive understanding of player tracking systems and complimentary guidelines consistent with normal industry standards
- must have an established player following
- proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills
- California Gaming License and Wilton Rancheria Gaming Commission license
- must be fluent in both English and Vietnamese

Job Duties
- Maintains relationships and markets our gaming product and amenities to valued guests
- greets casino guests and participates in social events and special promotions
- tracks guest's visits, arranges accommodations, and provides complimentaries according to established guidelines
- issues Player's Services cards and promotes the program and related promotions
- increases the growth of gaming revenues through development of a targeted guest base
- updates guest history for future visits
- ensures the protection of guest's rewards and credit lines
- effectively handles guest complaints and discrepancies in an efficient and courteous manner
- provides special services to include food, beverage, transportation, cross-property events, and Player's Club programs
- ensures the highest level of Customer Service is given to guests at all times
- sells and promotes property using pertinent and appropriate offers, property amenities, special events and promotions that drive property visits
- increases player core revenue by personal networking and telemarketing
- regularly reviews activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revises objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions
- maintains a high profile at VIP events, constant presence to all players at appropriate times
- may represent the Company, including spokesperson at events or promotions, entertainment and Company sponsored events both on and off property
- attends all necessary meeting
- maintains up-to-date knowledge of all electronic gaming machines, player tracking systems, promotions, events, entertainment, and general property information
- keeps informed of competitive promotions
- performs other tasks as assigned
