Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years culinary experience
- ability to work a variety of shifts including day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holidays
- pass all required pre-screening and background checks
- internal candidates require 6 months in current position without disciplinary action
- ability to obtain necessary work cards and non-gaming registration
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in fast-paced and sometimes loud environments
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- strong physical and mental stamina
- comply with company safety and legal standards
- ability to handle guest interactions professionally
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure recipe consistency
- lead and mentor Sous Chefs and hourly staff
- handle staff scheduling and recruitment
- maintain guest and team relations
- oversee financial management and cost control
- complete inventories and control waste
- ensure compliance with Health Department standards
- provide recipes and training on culinary procedures
- communicate effectively with front-of-house staff
- resolve guest complaints professionally
- assist in menu development and daily specials
- supervise kitchen service flow
- maintain kitchen equipment safety and sanitation
- participate in payroll-related activities
- maintain professional standards and appearance
- enforce safety policies and procedures
- work independently or as part of a team
