Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 2 years experience in butler services or guest relations
- completion of formal butler training program
- or associate degree in hospitality or related field
- proven leadership and management experience
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work full time in a management role
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- proficiency with scheduling and payroll software
- strong problem-solving abilities

Job Qualifications

- 2 years of experience in butler services or guest relations
- completion of a formal butler training program
- or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major

Job Duties
- Manages day-to-day butler services operations verifying that quality and standards exceed the expectations of guests
- manages VIP guests by recognizing repeat and important guests and building rapport
- manages VIP guests’ schedules to support potential needs
- ensures high level of privacy and confidentiality for VIP guests
- supervises Butler Service Desk and verifies resources provide seamless services
- conducts daily stand-ups and communicates clear messages regarding Butler team updates and goals
- obtains list of check-ins and VIP guests to prepare work assignments
- keeps Butler team focused on critical operations to drive guest satisfaction
- encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among departments
- serves as role model demonstrating appropriate behaviors through training and mentorship
- continually strives to provide bespoke and uncompromising services
- supports and trains other departments delivering signature services
- utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead and influence
- advocates sound financial/business decision making
- encourages mutual trust and respect among team members
- supervises and manages employees and daily operations
- establishes open, collaborative relationships with employees
- supervises all areas of Front Office in absence of management
- sets standard and tone for Butler team’s guest relations
- coaches team members to build rapport with guests
- establishes processes to obtain guest preferences and anticipate needs
- verifies Butler teams address guests’ service needs professionally and timely
- fosters positive guest relations by coaching active listening and response strategies
- assists other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt service
